1. Dual-use products may be HSA/FSA-eligible when used to treat a specific health condition and the customer qualifies with a Letter of Medical Necessity. 2. Customers complete a health survey, an independent licensed practitioner reviews it, and if approved a Letter of Medical Necessity is issued before the order is captured. 3. Common examples include gym memberships and fitness equipment when used for a health condition.
