The True Medicine Sweepstakes — Official Rules
1. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and representatives of True Medicine, Inc. (the Sponsor), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or members of the same household are not eligible to participate or win. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
2. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12 p.m. PT on Thursday, October 30, 2025, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on Thursday, November 13, 2025 (Sweepstakes Period). Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
During the Sweepstakes Period, visit the True Medicine Sweepstakes landing page (Website) and follow the instructions to enter by submitting your email address to join the Truemed email list. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period.
To enter without joining Truemed's email list, send a postcard with your name, address, email, and phone number to:

Postcards must be received by November 13, 2025.
By entering, you agree to receive communications from Truemed and the Truemed partners participating in the sweepstakes (LUMEBOX, HigherDOSE, AG1, Dose, STAND+, Amazfit, Naked Nutrition) and accept the Official Rules. No purchase necessary. Open to U.S. residents 18 and older. Void where prohibited.
4. Prizes
Grand Prizes (2 Winners): Each winner will receive a Truemed-Approved Bundle featuring products from leading health brands (Approximate Retail Value of each bundle is $1,469.96).
Additional Prizes (4 Winners): Each winner will receive an individual prize bundle or product, each with an ARV between $334.97 and $1,133.97.
Total combined ARV of all prizes will not exceed $5,000. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's discretion. All applicable federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of each winner.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will occur on or about Friday, November 14, 2025, and winners will be announced on Monday, November 17, 2025. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries.
Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry. If a potential winner does not respond within five (5) business days, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected at Truemed's discretion.
6. Release and Privacy
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, participating brands, and their affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Information collected as part of this Sweepstakes is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, entrants agree to receive marketing communications from Truemed and, where applicable, participating brands. Entrants may opt out at any time.
7. Miscellaneous
This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, delay, or otherwise modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning.
