beem Light Sauna at Knapp's Crossing is a locally owned studio in Grand Rapids, Michigan offering full-spectrum infrared sauna and red light therapy in private suites. Guests come to us for a lot of different reasons — recovery from hard training, better sleep, skin health, joint and chronic pain relief, or simply forty uninterrupted minutes to reset. Sessions are private, easy to book, and available seven days a week at 2040-B East Beltline Ave.

Take a private health survey. A licensed provider will review your answers to determine eligibility. If eligible, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) within 1-2 days.
Make your purchase
Do not pay with an HSA/FSA card during checkout.
Submit for HSA/FSA reimbursement
If you qualify, you'll receive an LMN and a guide on how to submit your purchase to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Claims are typically paid out in 2-4 weeks.
