Curanim Pilates
Curanim Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Culver City specializing in breath led movement, mindful strength, and functional mobility. Our small group classes and private sessions help improve core strength, posture, balance, flexibility, and body awareness while supporting nervous system regulation and sustainable, long term health. We welcome beginners through experienced practitioners and believe movement should help you feel stronger, move better, and reconnect with your body.
How to use your HSA / FSA funds with Truemed
Complete health assessment
Take a private health survey. A licensed provider will review your answers to determine eligibility. If eligible, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) within 1-2 days.
Make your purchase
Do not pay with an HSA/FSA card during checkout.
Submit for HSA/FSA reimbursement
If you qualify, you'll receive an LMN and a guide on how to submit your purchase to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Claims are typically paid out in 2-4 weeks.
