At Eze Fit, we are a coach-led group personal training studio dedicated to helping individuals become a leaner, healthier, and stronger version of themselves. Our mission is to inspire, motivate, and transform our members through a results-driven approach that combines resistance training, metabolic conditioning, and boxing-inspired workouts. Every session is professionally coached to ensure proper technique, accountability, and motivation. Our workouts are fully modifiable to accommodate all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes, allowing each member to progress safely and effectively at their own pace.
How to use your HSA / FSA funds with Truemed
Complete health assessment
Take a private health survey. A licensed provider will review your answers to determine eligibility. If eligible, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) within 1-2 days.
Make your purchase
Do not pay with an HSA/FSA card during checkout.
Submit for HSA/FSA reimbursement
If you qualify, you'll receive an LMN and a guide on how to submit your purchase to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Claims are typically paid out in 2-4 weeks.
