From Scratch Nutrition & Wellness coaching services are intentionally designed to support clients on their health and wellness journey. The client and coach will co-create specific goals that foster sustainable lifestyle habits in the area(s) of nutrition, movement, and sleep/recovery, depending on the coaching package selected. All packages follow a collaborative and client-centered approach to achieve the client’s overall desired outcome of the coaching partnership.
How to Use HSA/FSA Funds on From Scratch Nutrition & Wellness Products
Complete health assessment
Take a private health survey. A licensed provider will review your answers to determine eligibility. If eligible, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) within 1-2 days.
Make your purchase
Do not pay with an HSA/FSA card during checkout.
Submit for HSA/FSA reimbursement
If you qualify, you'll receive an LMN and a guide on how to submit your purchase to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Claims are typically paid out in 2-4 weeks.
