Journey To Wellness Coaching provides compassionate, integrative coaching for breast cancer survivors who are ready to move beyond survival and feel whole again. Founded by Oncology Nurse, board-certified Nurse Coach, and Breast Cancer Survivor Sabrina Shepard, the practice blends clinical experience with nervous system support and mind-body-soul healing to help women reclaim their peace, strength, self-trust, and sense of purpose.
How to use your HSA / FSA funds with Truemed
Complete health assessment
Take a private health survey. A licensed provider will review your answers to determine eligibility. If eligible, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) within 1-2 days.
Make your purchase
Do not pay with an HSA/FSA card during checkout.
Submit for HSA/FSA reimbursement
If you qualify, you'll receive an LMN and a guide on how to submit your purchase to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Claims are typically paid out in 2-4 weeks.
