MECHA Fitness
MECHA is a locally owned fitness studio in Boulder and Louisville, offering strength-based Pilates, heavy weightlifting, and high-intensity cardio. Our classes are challenging, thoughtfully programmed, and led by some of the most experienced instructors in the industry. Winning Best of Boulder's Best Gym and Best Pilates 2024 and 2025 (and we hope 2026 too soon!), we have a welcoming community and atmosphere. All levels welcome.
