OmniFit Performance is a diagnostic-led personal training practice in San Diego. Every client begins with a comprehensive movement and health assessment, and programs are built to address the findings — correcting dysfunction, rebuilding capacity, and managing chronic conditions like back pain, metabolic health concerns, and post-rehabilitation deficits. Founded by a NASM Corrective Exercise and Behavior Change Specialist, OmniFit works alongside physical therapists and chiropractors to bridge the gap between clinical care and long-term physical health, offering a structured, sustainable path to strength, mobility, and quality of life.
How to use your HSA / FSA funds with Truemed
Complete health assessment
Take a private health survey. A licensed provider will review your answers to determine eligibility. If eligible, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) within 1-2 days.
Make your purchase
Do not pay with an HSA/FSA card during checkout.
Submit for HSA/FSA reimbursement
If you qualify, you'll receive an LMN and a guide on how to submit your purchase to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Claims are typically paid out in 2-4 weeks.
