SOMA Performance and Fitness specializes in helping youth athletes improve speed, strength, and confidence as well as active adults improve overall health and fitness. We offer monthly memberships where clients are provides with individualized training programs that are delivered in a small group setting with a professional coach.
How to use your HSA / FSA funds with Truemed
Complete health assessment
Take a private health survey. A licensed provider will review your answers to determine eligibility. If eligible, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) within 1-2 days.
Make your purchase
Do not pay with an HSA/FSA card during checkout.
Submit for HSA/FSA reimbursement
If you qualify, you'll receive an LMN and a guide on how to submit your purchase to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Claims are typically paid out in 2-4 weeks.
