The Aldridge Arm™ Harness & Strap is a deadlift accessory that enables single-arm athletes to perform deadlifts, pull-ups, farmers carries, and other two-point contact movements. Built with a heavy-duty 2" nylon strap covered in 4mm neoprene and a 10,000-pound rated D-Ring, it features quick-release mechanics and includes a 36" daisy chain integration strap with carabiners for versatile gym use.

Complete health assessment
Take a private health survey. A licensed provider will review your answers to determine eligibility. If eligible, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) within 1-2 days. Note: The survey must be taken on the same day as your purchase.
Submit for HSA/FSA reimbursement
Follow the guide included with your LMN to submit your purchase for reimbursement. Claims are usually paid out in 2-4 weeks.
