BC Strength Thruster Plates are oversized weight plates (45lb each, 21-inch diameter) designed to elevate the barbell during hip thrusts, making it easier to position the bar across your thighs without a squat sponge. The extra 3-inch diameter compared to standard plates also works for block pulls and provides easier weight loading.
