We follow the Classical Pilates system, honoring the way Joseph Pilates taught his system of balancing and corrective exercises, as well as the way his First Generation Teachers taught, following the heritage and tradition of true Pilates. There is no perfection in Pilates, only progression. Once you achieve basic movements with control, you progress to more complex exercises, focusing on alignment to create balance, strength, and flexibility.

Take a private health survey. A licensed provider will review your answers to determine eligibility. If eligible, you'll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) within 1-2 days.
Make your purchase
Do not pay with an HSA/FSA card during checkout.
Submit for HSA/FSA reimbursement
If you qualify, you'll receive an LMN and a guide on how to submit your purchase to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Claims are typically paid out in 2-4 weeks.
