Weight stack upgrade for the Flash F30 Smith Machine that increases resistance from 160lb to 200lb per side, delivering 400lbs total capacity. Installed during assembly, this upgrade allows serious lifters to add more resistance for heavy cable work as strength progresses. Must be ordered with the F30 machine.
