One-Time Purchases
Accepting HSA/FSA payments is easy. Truemed handles the compliance work, so you can focus on selling.
For one-time purchases, our Shopify integration enables direct HSA/FSA checkout through the Truemed Payment App.
Subscription Orders
For subscription orders, the process is slightly different, as subscription billing isn’t yet supported by our direct payment flow. Customers check out with their normal credit card, then take a private health survey. If eligible, they’ll receive a Letter of Medical Necessity to submit for reimbursement.
